This 2 storey stunning villa is located at the lovely Sunset Lakes vacation resort. The villa is a large property that boasts 6 very spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep a grand total of up to 12 guests, meaning that you, your family and friends can stay at one time. The villa has fantastic amenities that include a lake view as well as a private swimming pool. This luxurious villa will ensure guests have a memorable stay.The living area has classic styled furniture along with a comfortable sofa, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. You’ll also find there’s a good selection of DVDs available to borrow and watch. This area also has a sliding door that leads to the pretty covered patio and private swimming pool area. A lounge has been provided with two sofas and armchairs. This lounge makes for a great place for guests to socialize and unwind.
The kitchen is a large sunny space with fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove and microwave; all of these appliances are relatively new and are in good working order. A large breakfast nook has been provided and is attached to the kitchen counter; this area can seat 4 guests easily. The kitchen connects to a small sun-filled dining area that has a rustic-styled table with 4 chairs. The villa also has a second, larger dining room table that can seat up to 6 guests.
The villa has 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are large spacious master bedrooms. These bedrooms are accompanied by 4 bathrooms which are beautifully finished and have been kept in immaculate condition. Some bedrooms come equipped with TVs and cable; however guests can all enjoy WIFI in their respective bedrooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and central heating, allowing you to stay at a comfortable temperature during the different seasons.
The private pool is situated just a stone’s throw away from a beautiful lake. This, along with a covered patio mean guests can enjoy a day in the sun by the pool or they can unwind at the end of a long day while watching the sun set over this wonderful lake.

The iconic Americain Bald Eagle has also been spotted here in the treetops.
The surrounding area of Sunset Lakes is well served by restaurants and only a two minute drive from Formosa Gardens, with its plentitude of shops and restaurants to choose from.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
