The outside facade of this home is so attractive and inviting with it's French style architecture and natural stone detail. The interior has been designed and furnished to highest possible standard with designer furnishings, custom drapery, fabrics and faux paint finishes throughout. The front gate leads past the queen-size guest suite with an ensuite bathroom having a tub/shower combination and small kitchen area making it the perfect space for inlaws, older children or staff. Off the fully equipped laundry room is the gaming/cinema room which will provide hours of fun and entertainment for the adults and children alike with a large movie screen, projector, comfortable seating, slate pool table, air hockey, foosball and seating all under air conditioning.

Upstairs are four bedrooms and the third lounge area all accessed from the spacious landing with additional seating. The first being the second king-size master with an equally beautiful bathroom overlooking the golf course with balcony access providing a lovely relaxation space with spectacular views. The third king-size bedroom suite is next to the upstairs lounge area with leather sectional, built in unit housing a large flat screen TV, games console and board games, a great space for the children to enjoy without disrupting the adults. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom ensuite with walk in shower and the sixth bedroom has two queen size beds, powder bathroom and balcony access.
