This beautiful home has an enviable Central location within the Reunion Resort situated in the Homestead section. All the resorts amenities are within walking distance including the Reunion Grande Hotel, the Golf Club House, and Seven Eagles Pavilion. This home has a large corner lot in one of the few locations permitted to have a pool screen keeping the bugs at bay.

The entire home has recently been tastefully decorated and furnished. It is complimented by accessories and accents throughout, whilst still maintaining the comfort and casual feel that many families are looking for. With the addition of a games room, this home will meet all your requirements.

The owners of this beautiful home have just completely redecorated the interior replacing many of the furnishings to create a modern relaxing family home. The downstairs living area is an open plan with the vaulted ceiling creating a spacious and bright feeling. There are both formal and family dining areas. These are separated by the fully fitted kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar. The family area has a large comfortable sectional sofa for viewing the large flat screen TV with access to the pool deck. The full equipped laundry room offers access to the newly converted games room which has a table tennis table, foosball table, and also basketball games guaranteed to provide hours of entertainment for the children. On one side of the house there is a guest powder room and the king-size master bedroom suite offering access onto the covered patio. The large bathroom has twin vanities, sunken tub and walk in shower.

Upstairs on one side of the gallery landing are two bedrooms. One has two twin beds and the other a king size bed sharing a bathroom with tub and shower. Across the landing are two further bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other having two twin beds that share a third bathroom between them. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, TVs, and a DVD player, and one twin bedroom also having an Xbox game console.

The pool deck has a large covered area perfect for summer evenings and alfresco dining. It is perfect for relief from the daytime heat. Overlooking the heated pool and spa. There is an outside bathroom on the pool deck in addition to the others mentioned. Ample seating and lounging space is provided along with a BBQ for your enjoyment.
