The family living area includes comfortable seating, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The games room includes pool table, darts, gaming table and ipod docking station.

Downstairs
A king sized master bedroom is perfect for lead guests and includes an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and vanity unit.

Upstairs
To the rear of the home, overlooking the pool deck, a further king sized master bedroom includes a walk-in shower, bath tub and vanity unit.
To the front of the home, a king sized suite with en suite bathroom, includes a shower/tub combination. The room also accesses a private balcony.
To the middle of the home, a further bedroom includes a twin bed and trundle bed.
A further room is prefect for kids of all ages and includes a twin sized bunk that sleeps 2, and a full/twin sized bunk that sleeps 3

A loft area with comfortable seating and an office workstation also includes a full sized sleeper sofa and a twin sized sleeper sofa for any additional guests that might join you for your stay.

The resort is also ideally situated for all the major parks, Disney, Universal & SeaWorld with many local attractions situated on the US192 a ten minute drive away.
Just 100 yards from the main entrance you will find a great selection of shops and stores that will meet your day to day needs and I4 is only two minutes away giving easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic coast lines for great beaches.
Travel time from local airports is 30 minutes for Orlando International and 50 minutes from Sanford International.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
