This fantastic home has been a long time favorite with many guests, recently sold the current owners have completely renovated the entire home, exterior and interior with the collabaration of a professional team. All the popular characteristics of the home are maintained but now enhanced with fresh decor, brand new furnishings and the addition of the kids zone, a haven for children with it's bunk beds, TV, games console, Air Hockey and Foosball, the Movie Theater and renovated outdoor living area.

The home has a contemporary style throughout complimented by colorful accents assuring you of comfort and meeting your every requirement.

As you enter the wrought iron gates into the courtyard of this beautiful home you will pass the separate guest suite perfect for visiting guests or staff. It has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and king size bedroom with French doors opening onto the central courtyard that leads to the main house.

On the ground floor at the front of the house is a study area, fully equipped laundry room, a Queen size bedroom, a second bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The living area is large and open plan with a fully equipped kitchen having granite counter tops and breakfast bar which opens onto casual dining area and great room with it's built in fireplace, soaring ceiling and overlooked by the gallery landing. The formal dining room is separated by a fully equipped built in bar and wine store. At the rear of the ground floor is the Kingsize Master suite complete with seating area, built in walk in closet and large bathroom with twin vanities, full roman tub and walk in shower. You can also access the fabulous paved pool deck with heated pool and spa, covered dining area, built in Summer Kitchen, Gazebo and Outdoor Fireplace. The movie theater offers tiered seating, a projection screen and a pool table.

Upstairs is a second Kingsize Master suite, the bathroom has twin vanities and a large walk in shower. The sixth bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk in shower. A walk along the gallery landing overlooking the great room will take you to the kids zone with bunk beds, a large wall mounted TV with games console, airhockey and foosball, this room also has a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. From sliding doors you can access the balcony overlooking the pool deck. No expense has been spared in the construction of this home, natural stone, marble and granite have been used throughout. All bedrooms, family room and kids zone have flat screen TV's and the home has wireless internet.
