The home has five bedrooms which include three king-size master suites All bedrooms offer a bathroom ensuite, flat screen TV's, DVD's and the home has wireless internet. A games room will provide hours of entertainment for the children and family. Evenings can be enjoyed around the pool with al fresco dining prepared on the Summer kitchen.

The ground floor level of this home is all about the living space and incorporates a formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a huge granite island and breakfast bar which provides ample casual dining space. The Kitchen overlooks the family seating area with comfortable sofas, accent chairs, a large wall mounted flat screen TV and work station with one wall having glass sliding doors opening onto the pool deck. There is a full laundry room, pool bathroom with a walk in shower and games room offering a table tennis table, airhockey and comfortable seating.

Upstairs to the front of the home is the first kingsize suite, the bathroom having a tub/shower combination, a second bedroom with two full size beds, bathroom with walk in shower, a third bedroom with two twin beds and bathroom having a tub/shower combination, this room also has a Playstation. To the rear is the second kingsize suite with the bathroom having a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and twin vanities, this bedroom also has access onto a private balcony for your relaxation. On the top floor you will find the third kingsize suite and bathroom with twin vanities, tub and walk in shower, again having a private balcony for your enjoyment. The sixth bedroom is also located on the top floor and is a queen size bed, bathroom having a tub/shower combination. On the landing is another work station providing some quiet space for those needing to catch up on their emails. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player, the home has WiFi.

Outside the heated pool and spa border landscaped area and a pond, there is a built in Summer Kitchen and covered dining area perfect for those relaxing Summer evenings.
