The ground floor living area is open plan at the rear of the home incorporating the kitchen with its granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar which overlooks the formal dining area and family room. The family room has comfortable seating, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, and a wall of patio doors offering access and amazing views of the outdoor living space and golf course beyond. To the front is games room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and seating which will provide hours of entertainment for the family and certain to give the adults some down time. The only bedroom on this floor is the first king-size master suite with the ensuite bathroom having twin vanities and walk in shower. There is also a guest powder room and fully equipped laundry room for added convenience. Upstairs the landing area provides a second lounge space with ample seating, large TV, and game console. To the rear is the second king-size master suite with its private balcony providing views of the pool area and beyond. The ensuite has twin vanities, tub and walk in shower. Off the landing are two bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other two twin beds, both ensuite bathrooms offer walk in showers. At the front of the home is the fifth bedroom suite which has two full size beds, a private balcony, and the bathroom which offers a tub/shower combination.

Outside will satisfy all your requirements with a covered dining area alongside the built in summer kitchen.
