From the outside of this home you will be impressed by it's attractive facade of molded stone, high windows and unique features. You enter into the hallway with it's open floor plan which incorporates a stunning visual of the wood and wrought iron staircase. The games room with pool table and wall mounted TV is to the left at the front of the home, and in the center of the living space is the formal seating area which is situated below and open landing with views to the central roof feature. There is a guest powder room, fully equipped laundry room, formal dining area which accesses the kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, built in wine store and pantry. The kitchen serves a casual dining nook which overlooks the pool deck and the family room with comfortable sofas and a wall mounted TV with patio doors accessing the outdoor living area. There is one bedroom on the ground floor which is the king-size master suite, a spacious suite offering private access onto the covered patio area. The bathroom is luxurious with a large window tub, walk in shower, twin vanities, and fully fitted walk in closet. There is an elevator available for the use of any guest that is physically challenged.

Upstairs are five further bedrooms surrounding the open walk around the landing which overlooks the formal seating area below. There are three bedrooms all with access to the rear balcony which is the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying the passing golfers and amazing views. The first is a king-size suite with it's bathroom having a tub/shower combination, the second a queen suite with tub/shower combination, the third, another king-size with a shower tub/combination. The fourth bedroom offers a full size bed. To the front of the home is the fifth bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and a private Juliet balcony, the bathroom offers twin vanities, and a walk in shower.
