A beautiful single family home with a great location on the west side of the Reunion Resort overlooking water. This home has just been completely redecorated and furnished by one of Reunions renowned interior designers creating a luxurious yet comfortable surround to meet the requirements of those guests looking for the best.

The open plan living area overlooking the extended pool deck and water offer the perfect space for relaxation or entertaining. Having a separate guest suite accessed by it's own entrance will give some privacy to inlaws, older children or staff and the addition of a game room will provide hours of entertainment for the children and families alike.

Outside the covered dining area and built in Summer Kitchen will make the end of a day perfection with al fresco dining.

This beautiful home has just been completely furnished by it's new owners. On the ground floor, off the hallway is the first bedroom, a queen-size with an ensuite bathroom and a separate powder bathroom for your convenience. The living area located at the rear of the home is large, spacious open plan incorporating a fully fitted kitchen which includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. A family seating area offers comfortable sofas with large wall mounted TV, occasional seating and formal dining area bordered by one wall of glass doors that open onto the pool deck and it's picturesque views across the water, the perfect area for those lazy summer evenings whilst enjoying a glass of wine.

Upstairs to the rear of the home is the spacious king-size master suite with seating area, flat screen TV, and large bathroom having twin vanities, tub and walk in shower. The bedroom has access onto the private furnished balcony making it a perfect area for relaxation and enjoying the views. The third bedroom has two full size beds and an ensuite bathroom. On the landing area is a sofa bed.

Separated from the main house with it's own entrance there is a second king-size bedroom suite which offers it's own bathroom with shower and a private balcony for relaxation - perfect for inlaws, a nanny, housekeeper, or older children wanting a little independence. On the ground level is a games room which will provide hours of entertainment for both children and families with the pool table, air hockey, and foosball.

Outside the heated pool and spa are surrounded by a recently extended paved area which includes a covered dining area and built in summer kitchen all overlooking the water.

Pool heat is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website.
An additional charge of $40 per night would be applied if guests require a heated pool.
We recommend pool heat from October through March.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
