This fabulous home is the perfect base for a single family wishing to experience comfort at the highest standard. Downstairs is an open plan living area with comfortable seating in the family area complete with large flat screen TV, a work station, formal dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The guest powder room, laundry facilities, and one of the king-size master suites with the bathroom incorporating twin vanities and walk in shower are also located off the hallway. French doors lead onto the rear pool deck with outdoor dining area and lounging space around the pool.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, one to the front of the house has two twin beds and access to the balcony offering views of the golf course, the second having two full size beds. These two bedrooms share a 'jack n jill' bathroom with twin vanities and a tub shower combination. The fourth bedroom is the second king-size master suite located at the rear with an ensuite bathroom offering a Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and twin vanities.
