The dining area can be extended to seat eight persons if required. The family room has comfortable sectional sofas perfect for watching the large wall mounted TV, there is access to both the pool deck and side deck, both fully furnished via glass patio doors. The first king-size master suite is also located on this floor and offers a seating area and large bathroom ensuite with full tub, twin vanities and walk in shower. For convenience to the pool deck there is also a guest powder room. The media room will guarantee hours of fun and entertainment for the whole family having theatre seating, a large 3D TV, Golden Tee Arcade Game, a Pac Man Cocktail Arcade Game and a pool table.

Upstairs the landing area has a sectional sofa which includes the second queen sleeper and a large flat screen 3D TV with XBox Kinnect and a games table. To the front of the home are two further bedrooms, the first having two full size beds and the other a queen size, both have a bathroom ensuite. The second king-size master suite is located at the rear with a huge bathroom ensuite and having access onto the sun terrace perfect for relaxing or watching the sunset.

The outdoor area is spacious and offer a heated pool and spa, a Summer kitchen, dining areas and lounging areas all with breathtaking views of the golf course.
