A beautiful home that has just been completely refurbished to a contemporary style located within the Patriots Landing section of the exclusive Reunion Resort & Spa. This section of Reunion has a feeling of the Florida Keys and relaxation with the timber shingled homes painted a variety of pastel beach tones.

All five bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms with the furnishings having been chosen in neutral tones with complimenting accents assuring your comfort and satisfaction.

Patriots Landing has the advantage of overlooking one of Reunions three PGA golf courses, the Arnold Palmer, to the front and conservation land to the rear which also borders the screened pool deck of this home whilst also being within a stroll of the Reunion Grande hotel and other resort facilities.

We can also offer the adjacent home for larger groups.

This beautiful home has only just become available for rental having been completely refurbished with decor and furnishings upgraded to ensure a luxurious feel. The ground floor is the location of one of the queen-size bedrooms perfect for guests less able to manage the stairs. The family area is open and spacious incorporating a large comfortable seating area and a formal dining area overlooking the pool deck which is accessible through the French doors. Comfortable sectional sofas and arm chairs provide the perfect relaxation for watching the large flat screen TV. There are two work stations and a fully equipped kitchen including a breakfast bar for casual dining.

Upstairs there are two large king-size master suites, one to the front of the home both with ensuite bathrooms having a large corner tub, walk in shower and twin vanities. The two further bedrooms, one queen and the other with two full size beds each have their own bathroom. All bedrooms offer flat screen TV's.

The games room includes pool, air hockey and foosball for hours of family entertainment or occupying the children. The outdoor area is screened and has ample lounging area around the heated pool with the added advantage of a covered dining area perfect for those al fresco meals or cooling down from the days heat.
