This beautiful courtyard style home is found on the Legends Corner of the world renowned Reunion Resort and has just been completely redecorated and furnished to an excellent standard. The furnishings have been selected to create a modern yet comfortable environment for you to experience that 'home from home' feel during your vacation. One unusual feature of this is that whilst it has the courtyard floor plan, the heated pool and deck are located at the rear with breathtaking views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course.

If you're here for the Theme Parks then you'll only have a short journey each day, and this fabulous oasis with it's numerous amenities is just a few miles away to return to at the end of the day.

This home is of the courtyard style but with the difference of having the pool and deck area located at the rear of the home with additional outdoor dining and seating in the homes centre courtyard. There is a queen-size bedroom suite separated from the main house by the courtyard which offers it's own bathroom with tub and shower - perfect for inlaws, a nanny or housekeeper or older children wanting a little independence. On the first floor of the main house is a laundry room, guest powder room, and a queen-size bedroom. The living area is large, spacious and open plan incorporating a fully fitted kitchen which includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a large centre island and breakfast bar for casual dining. The large family area offers comfort on the sectional sofa with large wall mounted TV, occasional seating and formal dining area bordered by one wall of glass doors that open onto the pool deck and it's breathtaking views of the golf course. This is the perfect area for those lazy summer evenings with a glass of wine or simply admiring the skills of the passing golfers.

Upstairs to the rear of the home is the king-size master suite with seating area, flat screen TV and large bathroom having twin vanities, tub, and walk in shower. Both the bedroom and bathroom have access onto the private furnished balcony with fantastic golf views. Next there are the third and fourth bedrooms, one with a day bed and trundle and the other with a queen-size bed share a bathroom with tub and shower. Separated by the games area with pool table and wall mounted flat screen TV is the fifth bedroom - a large king-size with ensuite bathroom having a tub and shower.
