Even from the outside you will get a feel for the exceptional quality and space that you're about to encounter. As you step inside the travertine hallway the first feature you will see is the beautiful designer stair case with wrought iron spindles and travertine risers. Passing through the tall columns you will find the open living area, comprising of a formal seating are with gas fireplace and tall glass sliders opening onto the covered area of the pool deck. The kitchen is large and bright including custom cabinets, granite counter tops, large center island, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Separated from the kitchen is the family room containing comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, and also has angled sliders onto the pool deck and has beautiful view of the adjoining Jack Nicklaus golf course. There is a fully fitted and equipped laundry room and guest powder room. The first master is the only bedroom on the ground floor; it has a king-size suite which leads into the magnificent bathroom which includes an over sized bath tub, twin vanities and walk through shower all exquisitely decorated.

Upstairs the second king master suite with it's beautiful large bathroom is palatial and has access onto the large tiled rear balcony and it's breathtaking views perfect for early evening relaxation. There are two further bedrooms each having a queen size bed and bathroom ensuite. A large entertainment room which includes a pool table, card table, and built in wet bar counter will provide hours of fun and relaxation and you can step outside onto the balcony to watch the sun go down. This room also has a full size sleeper sofa which can be used to offer privacy for a fifth bedroom with a guest bathroom outside.

Outside living is at its best here with the paved pool deck having both cool covered areas perfect for those al fresco meals that can be easily prepared and cooked on the outdoor Summer Kitchen. There are lounging areas where you can top up your tan and then cool off in the custom pool and spa, all this overlooks the newest of Reunion's three PGA golf courses.
