As you enter this home into the beautiful entrance foyer with it's feature staircase of wood, wrought iron and ceramic tile the standard is set for the amazing architectural details that are displayed throughout nearly 5000 sq ft of living space. The center of the house is dominated by the elegant formal living and dining areas which include a feature fireplace and one wall of French doors overlooking and allowing access onto the paved travertine pool deck. Off this area to one side is the gourmet kitchen with 42" custom cabinets, granite counter tops and central island, stainless steel appliances and many labour saving accessories including an over the range faucet. The kitchen adjoins the comfortable family living area which incorporates the informal dining and seating with over sized comfortable sectional seating surrounding the large flat screen TV. A large expanse of sliding doors open onto the covered area of the pool deck overlooking the golf course. On the other side of the formal area is the spacious kingsize master bedroom suite with sitting area and large wall mounted TV, there is also access via the French doors onto the pool deck. The large bathroom of this suite has twin feature vanities, a makeup vanity, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and fully fitted walk in closets. In addition to the laundry room and guest bathroom there is a second kingsize bedroom suite located at the front of the property with a flat screen TV, bathroom ensuite and fitted closet.

Upstairs to the front are two more bedroom suites, the first having two full size beds and the second with a queen bed. Both these rooms have a bathroom ensuite, fitted closet, flat screen TV's and offer access onto the front balcony. o the rear of the house is the fifth bedroom suite with a queen bed, bathroom ensuite, fitted closet and access via the French doors onto the rear balcony with picture perfect views. You will find a second guest bathroom along the hallway for the convenience of guests using either the dedicated movie theatre with it's huge screen and tiered seating or the games room incorporating a pool table, built in wet bar and seating with access onto the rear balcony providing breathtaking views of the golf course.
