On the first floor you will find the games area with pool table and wall mounted flat screen TV offering French doors that access one of the balconies overlooking the pool deck. There are two further bedroom suites, one having two twin beds and a veranda overlooking the front of the home and the other having a queen size bed with access onto the balcony overlooking the pool deck. There is a fifth bedroom which comfortably accommodates two additional twin beds. The laundry room is also situated off the games area. To the rear of the upstairs offering privacy and seclusion is the magnificent king-size master suite with seating area and huge bathroom also having a wall mounted TV. A private balcony overlooks the golf course for your morning coffee.
