This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium has the advantage of being on the ground floor with one of two pools dedicated to Heritage Crossing guests directly opposite the rear patio.

This condominium has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard which is seen as soon as you enter the family room. The family room is then separated from the kitchen by a long granite breakfast bar. Patio doors located in this area lead onto the balcony perfect for those long summer evenings overlooking the pool and spa exclusively for the use of Heritage Crossing guests and beyond that you have an amazing view of the Arnold Palmer Golf Course.

Off the living room is a beautiful king-size master suite incorporating a large travertine bathroom with twin vanities, a corner tub and walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer cupboard in the hallway which also leads onto the second and third bedrooms, one king and the other having two full size beds, and a full bathroom incorporating a tub/shower combination. This home has wireless internet, and TV/DVD's in each bedroom and the family room. We provide a selection of Gilchrist & Soames toiletries in each bathroom, a starter kitchen pack including dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, trash bag, laundry detergent, and a beverage basket for your convenience.
