Regal Palms combines the fun and security of a gated vacation resort, and incorporates a 2.5 acre tropical and exotic pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, hot bubbly tub, waterfalls and water slide, while only 10 minutes from all the major attractions Orlando area has to offer.

This upgraded townhome sleeps 8 in total, although there is also a sofabed for unexpected visitors.
It has two stories, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with toilets, tubs, showers and hairdryers.

Enjoy your own west facing terrace on the ground floor, and soak in the sun in the open gardens, You can enjoy the same view and stunning sunsets from the master bedroom. Patio furniture is kept at the home for your use, and there are communal bbqs and picnic areas also overlooking the lake. .

The home comes with full stainless steel kitchen facilities and granite counter tops, blender, coffee maker, toaster and tea kettle – it is fully equipped for home cooking.

There is a formal dining area that seats 6-7 by the open kitchen.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and a large private bathroom with tub and shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet.

Bedroom three and four are sharing a second bathroom that has a shower and tub.

Downstairs is another master bedroom with a king size bed, and a private bathroom with tub and shower. This room and bathroom can be locked off independently from the rest of the house for privacy. Ideal for separate families sharing the home, or for grandparents.

The downstairs bathroom with a toilet can be accessed from the hall or the downstairs bedroom.

Regal Palms is a gated resort boasting a 2.5 acre tropical pool paradise complete with two heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, waterfalls and hot tub. The pool is floodlit and is open until 11pm for those who fancy an evening dip. There is a poolside Tiki bar where you can cool off with a drink while you play a game of pool. For more formal dining, Regal Palms Resort benefits from having its own restaurant on-site, meaning you needn't stray too far after a busy day enjoying the parks.

The on-site Regal Palms Spa and Health Club provides over 5,000 square feet of luxurious indulgence into the world of spa treatments, fitness and wellness including hot stone aromatherapy massage, tropical infused facials, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures.

For the more active, Regal Palms Resort also has a fully-equipped gym and sand volleyball courts. There is plenty to keep the little ones amused too with a large pirate games room with soft play and arcade games. Children also love the supervised activities and children's play area.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
