The space

There are a total of 6 beds in the home. The main floor bedroom has a beautiful new King Bed set with full dresser and hutch. The master bedroom upstairs also has a King Bed set with full dresser and hutch. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for children or one teenager/adult on each bed. The fourth bedroom also has 2 twin beds. All beds were recently purchased in late 2016. Flat screen TV's with cable available in all bedrooms! There are brand new recliner couches and a new large Samsung LED TV on the main floor in the living area along with a new dining table that seats 6+ as well as a breakfast bar in the kitchen that seats 3+. There is not much left in the home that is over a year old!

Guest access

A daily resort fee in the amount of $12.95 per day plus tax applies to all reservations (per stay not per person). The resort fee is paid directly at Regal Palms front desk check-in and not included in your reservation total.

Interaction with guests

We will provide you with a gate pass to enter the resort along with a keyless access code to gain entrance into the home to make your arrival as smooth and fast as possible. No keys required! We also have a property manager down the street from the resort for any problems or questions you may have about the home or resort.

Development Information

Situated adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, the resort of Regal Palms offers a superior holiday experience in beautiful surroundings with some excellent on-site facilities.

Regal Palms is a gated resort boasting a 2.5 acre tropical pool paradise complete with two heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, waterfalls and hot tub. The pool is floodlit and is open until 11pm for those who fancy an evening dip. There is a poolside Tiki bar where you can cool off with a drink while you play a game of pool. For more formal dining, Regal Palms Resort benefits from having its own restaurant on-site, meaning you needn't stray too far after a busy day enjoying the parks.

The on-site Regal Palms Spa and Health Club provides over 5,000 square feet of luxurious indulgence into the world of spa treatments, fitness and wellness including hot stone aromatherapy massage, tropical infused facials, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures.

For the more active, Regal Palms Resort also has a fully-equipped gym and sand volleyball courts. There is plenty to keep the little ones amused too with a large pirate games room with soft play and arcade games. Children also love the supervised activities and children's play area.

The fantastic location of Regal Plams Resort places you less than a 15 minute drive to the main entrances of Walt Disney World with plenty of shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby on Highway 27. The I-4 interstate is very easy to reach for trips further afield.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
