Our spacious and bright family villa is located in the gated community of Regal Palms, just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney. Regal Palms has two private pools as part of a 2-acre swimming pavillion, including a waterslide, lazy river and beach-entry pool perfect for your little ones. There is an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, children’s playground, beach volleyball court, and exercise room with sauna and steam room. The resort offers a pirate-themed restaurant, named Banana Jack’s, which has an indoor children’s play place and arcade. The onsite restaurant and bar overlooks the pool, and you can enjoy a drink on the patio or pool area. On top of all that, Regal Palms offers a ticket desk for your entertainment needs and a mini store for those little things you need onsite.

Regal Palms offers picnic/BBQ areas throughout the resort and is conveniently located within walking distance to Publix, iHop, CVS pharmacy, Applebees, liquor store, bank, and several other restaurants/stores. It is a short drive from the local Walmart and approximately 8 miles from Posner Park, which hosts JC Penney, Super Target, Belk, Payless, Best Buy, Petsmart, Staples and Ross.

The Resort is perfectly situated adjacent from the scenic and highly rated Highlands Reserve Golf Club and short drive from some of the most popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Champions Gate, Orange County National, Reunion and Diamond Players Club. This is a golfer’s mecca.

Perhaps most importantly, your family will love the short drive to Disney World, the happiest place on earth. Why wait for shuttles when you can drive your family to the doors of fun, fun, fun!!! This is the perfect location to enjoy it all! Our premium villa is also a short drive to Seaworld (approx. 21 minutes), Universal Studios (approx. 23 minutes), ESPN (13 miles) and Legoland (approx. 35 minutes).

Our townhouse villa has been freshly updated . It has 3 bedrooms, including a King bed in the master suite. All beds are pillow-top with new pillows. It has 2.5 baths and flat screen TV’s in the living room and every bedroom. It accommodates 6 people comfortably in the three bedrooms . There is also a playpen for infant family members. Our villa offers you free secured Wifi internet and unlimited Long Distance to both Canada and the USA. Cable offers hundreds of channels, including countless HD channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle and all your dishes/glasses, pots/pans and bakeware. We have a dining room with seating for 6 people, and a living room with sofa . The Villa offers cordless phones, DVD player, alarm clocks, ceiling fans, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and safe. We have in-suite laundry (washer/dryer) and housekeeping available (if you choose to arrange) during your stay. The villa also has private parking for two cars and a back patio for you to enjoy an evening drink or morning coffee. If you require any assistance during your stay, rest assured that we have property management on site daily that will assist you. There is also video surveillance on the property, for your security.

For families with small children, we have provided for you a brand-new playpen and high chair. So, sit back, let your children have the time of their lives and cherish all the special moments. We want you to enjoy our home as much as our young family does.

Situated adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, the resort of Regal Palms offers a superior holiday experience in beautiful surroundings with some excellent on-site facilities.

Regal Palms is a gated resort boasting a 2.5 acre tropical pool paradise complete with two heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, waterfalls and hot tub. The pool is floodlit and is open until 11pm for those who fancy an evening dip. There is a poolside Tiki bar where you can cool off with a drink while you play a game of pool. For more formal dining, Regal Palms Resort benefits from having its own restaurant on-site, meaning you needn't stray too far after a busy day enjoying the parks.

The on-site Regal Palms Spa and Health Club provides over 5,000 square feet of luxurious indulgence into the world of spa treatments, fitness and wellness including hot stone aromatherapy massage, tropical infused facials, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures.

For the more active, Regal Palms Resort also has a fully-equipped gym and sand volleyball courts. There is plenty to keep the little ones amused too with a large pirate games room with soft play and arcade games. Children also love the supervised activities and children's play area.

The fantastic location of Regal Plams Resort places you less than a 15 minute drive to the main entrances of Walt Disney World with plenty of shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby on Highway 27. The I-4 interstate is very easy to reach for trips further afield.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
