This newly renovated and luxurious home is well located close to the resort facilities at Regal Palms Resort.

It has two stories, 1679 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms with hairdryers.

The home comes with full stainless steel kitchen facilities and granite counter tops.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking.

There is a formal dining area that seats 6-7 by the open kitchen.

The interior is much upgraded with tiled floors in kitchen and living room.

The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, a large flat screen 42” TV.

Downstairs is a master bedroom with a king size bed, 32” flat screen TV with built in DVD and a private bathroom with tub and shower.
Downstairs is also a second bathroom with a toilet.

Upstairs you will find another master bedroom with a king size bed and a large private bathroom with tub and shower. Here is also a walk in closet. This master has its private west facing balcony with two chairs and a table. The view from this balcony is to an open green area, and you will enjoy the pretty sunset.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed and one twin, so this room can sleep three. New flat screen TV.

The fourth bedroom has a set of twins. New flat screen TV.

Bedroom three and four are sharing the third bathroom that has a shower and tub.

The ground west facing terrace is sunny and open to a green area, and equipped with patio furniture.

All homes includes extra sets of linens and towels.

Regal Palms is a gated resort boasting a 2.5 acre tropical pool paradise complete with two heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, waterfalls and hot tub. The pool is floodlit and is open until 11pm for those who fancy an evening dip. There is a poolside Tiki bar where you can cool off with a drink while you play a game of pool. For more formal dining, Regal Palms Resort benefits from having its own restaurant on-site, meaning you needn't stray too far after a busy day enjoying the parks.

The on-site Regal Palms Spa and Health Club provides over 5,000 square feet of luxurious indulgence into the world of spa treatments, fitness and wellness including hot stone aromatherapy massage, tropical infused facials, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures.
