Located in the Florida vacation resort, Palisades, this 4-star self-contained apartment/condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6 to 8 guests. As soon as you pull up to the front entranceway, you’ll feel like you’re in paradise with the wide variety of exotic plants, flowers, and trees on display.

Although located in a hotel like resort, this apartment is well-equipped and it’s perfectly fine to be self-sufficient in it if you choose to cook your own meals and do your own laundry. The average sized whitekitchen with black marble tops has everything you need to be able to be comfortable including a new oven/stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The minimalistic modern living room has a few single armchairs and a sofa, allowing a number of people to relax at one time. There’s a flat screen TV and DVD player. The décor is simple and has been tastefully chosen, including the pieces of art that adorn thewalls. The living room opens up onto a large spacious balcony area that offers stunning views of the resort below. For your comfort, there’s a patio furniture set on the balcony, so you can enjoy the view and perhaps enjoy an evening drink with friends. The large master bedroom is comfortable and the chic décor and bedding makes you feel like you’re really in a resort. There’s a king-sized bed with pure wooden headboards and a large wardrobe. From the master bedroom there’s also a large balcony, and this is one bedroom with a view. The other even larger bedroom has 2 double beds, which is suitable for 2 people or 4 smaller children. This large carpeted room has a rustic feel with its wooden furniture, subtle lighting and the natural sunlight that it gets from the balcony windows. Additional guests can also sleep in the living room where there’s a pullout sofa bed.

The resort has a large communal pool which is open to all guests staying at Palisades. No guest will ever get bored here as there’s something for everyone and with the resort not being too far away from some of Florida’s most popular sights, this place proves to be popular with many people, especially families.

Palisades Resort, Orlando

Palisades is a gated resort located by the West Gate to Disney, which is less than a 10 minute drive away. Situated near the Four Corners junction, the Palisades resort is perfectly positioned close to all the attractions, but sits within peaceful surroundings and has direct access to the Route 192, leaving you free to explore the rest of Orlando.

If you want to be close to the action, Palisades is the choice for you. A short drive will find you at the gates of Disney and its nearby attractions such as the Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center. Other attractions in Orlando such as the Universal Studios and Seaworld are less than a 30 minute drive away. Palisades is also conveniently situated near to seven world class golf courses.

The resort itself is located in a tranquil setting next to a beautfiul nature reserve. Nominated by Disney as a Good Neighbour resort, its excellent facilities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room and even its own movie theatre. The perfect way to unwind and escape after a busy day exploring the exhilerating sights of Orlando.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
