Space is definitely not an issue with this villa as it is able to accommodate 14 guests with its 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This home is perfect for larger families and gatherings or for groups of friends vacationing together.
The downstairs area of the villa boasts two spacious living rooms, one with a flat screen TV and ample seating arrangements. There are also 2 places for dining in the home, one opposite the kitchen for more informal dining that looks out onto the beautiful green area and the other, which is for formal dining, next to a living room.
There are 7 spacious rooms in this villa, all of which has its own flat screen TV, allowing each guest to relax by themselves and watch what they want to watch. 4 of the rooms have king and queen sized beds in them and the others have 2 single beds in them. Each room has its own unique decor and arrangements. All of the bedrooms have big windows, all of which have been treated, so there are always naturally well-lit.
This amazing villa has its own secluded and covered pool area with tons of seating, tables and a gas grill making it a great place to entertain family and friends. A sheltered lanai offers guests protection from the sun and the outdoor lighting and fans make al fresco dining possible.
