This magnificent two storey townhouse is located at the beautiful Lake Berkley vacation Resort. Both the exterior and interior of this modern accommodation is impressive. This gated community provides a peaceful and safe environment in which to live, which is why a number of families with children choose this particular home. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests at a time. This makes it a great property for a large family or two families that would like to share. The townhouse has been decorated to give guests a modern and luxurious feel. You’ll find everything you need and more as this is truly one well-equipped vacation rental.
The living area has an open plan layout and shares a space with the dining room. Modern pictures adorn the walls and the beautiful cozy sofas and armchairs are complemented by chic living room furniture. The dining room has a fantastic wooden table and chairs and it can seat 6 guests. The table has been placed next to a sliding door which leads out to the patio. This patio has a wonderful view of the resort and beautiful conservation areas that lie before and around the resort. The living room has comfortable leather sofas accompanied by a large flat screen TV that’s also hooked up to cable, offering you more choice as to watch on TV.
The kitchen is a modest space and boasts all the necessary appliances and utensils for the aspiring chef or amateur home cook. The appliances include a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There’s plenty of counter space, allowing you a lot of room to move about to prepare your food.
There are 2 larger bedrooms both which have a queen sized bed and flat screen TV while the remaining other 2 rooms are twin bedrooms with single beds. The twin rooms have been decorated with kids in mind. This is one house that’s perfect for the whole family.

Lake Berkley Resort, is situated off the Highway 192 in Kissimmee, Orlando. This prime location places you just 8 miles from Disney and is close to a good choice of restaurants. A 24-hour Walmart supermarket is also within walking distance from the resort.

Lake Berkley Resort is gated and manned 24 hours a day giving you optimum security and peace of mind. The resort boast excellent facilities including a clubhouse with gym, games room, floodlit tennis courts, convenience store, communal pool, heated spa, children's playground and splash pad. An internet cafe with computers, desks and printers is also available. The resort benefits from its own volleyball courts and a half-size basketball court. Take a picturesque stroll along one of the resort's nature trails and enjoy the natural, spring-fed feature lake with its own small sandy beach and fishing pier where you can sit and lap up the Florida sunshine or indulge in a BBQ in one of the dedicated areas.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
