Planning your trip to Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World is a short drive from Orlando and is easy to get to by car using the Interstate 4 or Western Expressway, or there is a local bus service from Orlando. Getting around once you are inside is easy – if you don’t fancy walking, there’s the resort’s bus, monorail and ferryboat systems. Getting something to eat is easy too – there are just under 150 restaurants, cafes, quick bites and other dining options to cater for just about every taste! As well as the eateries located around the resort, the World Destinations zone has a variety of pavilions with restaurants representing food from around the world.

There are a variety of ticket options depending on how many days you want to spend at Walt Disney World, and how many of the theme parks you want to visit. Some attractions can have long queues at very busy times but the free FastPass system is a virtual queue, allowing you to stamp your ticket for instant admittance at a certain time.
