This immaculately kept 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is situated at the prestigious Espirit at Polo Park East. This highly popular vacation villa is a modern space that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests at a time. The yard has been well-kept and you’ll fall in love with the green that surrounds you. Additionally, parents love this area and home because of its safe positioning within the resort.The generously spaced out living area is a comfortable open area with luxurious sofas and an ornate looking coffee table. This room is brightly decorated and airy, making it a great place to socialize or relax. A second living area is situated next to the kitchen with beautiful country-styled furniture and can seat a number of guests at once. Flat screen TVs and DVD players are available for your enjoyment and entertainment.
The dining area boasts a magnificent dining table with chairs that can seat up to 6 guests. Its furniture is modern and the subtle decor and dimmed lighting add to the intimate atmosphere for formal dining.
The kitchen has a blue and white color scheme, giving the guests a Greek Island style feel. It comes fully equipped with great appliances and utensils that include a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher.
This villa boasts 4 beautifully decorated rooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed while bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 single beds each. The 2 latter beds with the bright colors and large floor area would be perfect for younger members of the family to stay.
A covered patio area with private pool and golf course view make for an incredible place to cool off after a long day and watch the sunset. The covered patio area can be used for dining, cooking a barbeque or simply just relaxing with a good book.
