This is a delightful spacious four bedroom single storey house, which has all the comforts of home. The south facing pool and sun deck, backs onto a stunning lake view giving lots of privacy during long summer days. It is situated within the community of Eagle Point and is ideally located for the theme parks, shopping malls, golfing and restaurants. The nearest Wal-Mart is a two mile drive. The house is open planned with easy access between the kitchen, dining room and lounge, and the bedrooms are located with two at the front of the house and two at the rear. In the kitchen there is a dining area with seating for four people at one end; and a breakfast bar at the other end. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the usual appliances including a range, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Opposite the kitchen is the dining area with seating for eight people and is situated behind the lounge, which has two large sofas, TV, DVD,games and books plus wireless internet for all the family. Patio doors lead from the lounge into the lanai, which has table and chairs, and can be used for al fresco dining, overlooking the pool and Lake. There are sun loungers positioned on the sundeck beside the pool. The two bedrooms at the front comprise a queen bedroom and a twin bedded room, with a bathroom positioned between them, and is shared by the third bedroom, which also has twin beds. The master bedroom boasts a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower, corner bath, twin basins, separate toilet and walk in wardrobe. The master bedroom also has TV. All rooms have plenty of wardrobe space. The house also hosts a sleeped sofa for two. The bed linen and towels are provided. An ideal choice for one large or two smaller families. The view of the lake from the home is stunning.
