A superbly located 6 bedroom family vacation home. Premier gated resort of Windsor Palms, one of the closest gated resort communities to the Disney Parks and a firm favorite with returning guests.
The villa has 6 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms and will accomodate up to 12 guests.

The main family room has cool ceramic tile and is comfortably furnished with leather sofas, table and lamps, ceiling fan, large screen tv, DVD and CD players and a PS2 game console for some additional fun! The home is equipped for the modern day traveller with free WIFI internet and also a phone that can be used to make free local, long distand AND international calls to over 60 countries all around the world at no extra cost to our guests!! (land lines only outside of US) So you can phone your friends and family and brag about your great Florida vacation!!

There are three bedrooms on the lower level of the home and three more upstairs.
On the lower level there is A King size master bedroom with King bed, dresser, armoire, 2 nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, clock radio, TV
The private en suite master bathroom consists of a large tub bath, separate walk in shower, toilet, twin his n hers sinks and a walk in closet.
The second master bedroom is also on this level and consists of a Queen bed, nightstand, lamp, alarm clock, TV, built in closet and chest of drawers.
The en suite bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
The villa is also equpped with hair dryers for guest use.
The final bedroom on this level has two twin (single) beds which has a built in closet, dresser, nightstand, lamp and TV.

The villa has a formal dining area and kitchen nook area with further seating and table. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need to cater for your family meals and snacks. Full size stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal, fridge freezer with ice maker etc.
For some family fun the home also has a game room with pool and Foosball tables.
A full size washer and dryer is also available for your laundry needs.

Moving upstairs you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms and a further family bathroom.
The first is another King size bedroom with King bed, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan, large built in closet, dresser and TV.
Bedroom 5 is another queen room with Queen bed, nightstands, lamps, dresser, built in closet, alarm clock and TV
The final bedroom is another twin room with 2 twin (single) beds, 2 built in closets, nightstand, lamp, chest of drawers and TV

Outside on the South facing pool and spa deck there is a shaded lanai area for some respite from the sun. The patio is furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool has a removable safety fence for the protection of non swimmers and the pool deck also has direct access to one of the villas bathrooms.

The location of the home and the community facilities are simply superb. Windsor Palms Resort is a firm favorite with experienced Florida visitors, many of whom won`t consider staying anywhere else!
