This grand villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can host up to 12 guests. It is situated at the tranquil Westridge vacation resort. This villa offers great amenities that include a games room in the garage as well as an outdoor Jacuzzi and pool. This villa is a great vacation spot for the whole family. Its ability to sleep many at once also means that it’s a great home for reunions, retreats, or small groups of friends vacationing together.

The living area is a bright and airy with plenty of natural light coming from the large windows. It has plush sofas and designer throw cushions along with a wooden coffee table and a flat screen TV. The TV is connected to cable, giving you more variety. There’s also a DVD player with a small selection ofmovies to choose from. The dining area has a stunning wooden table accompanied by indoor plants that create a tranquil atmosphere in which to eat. The intimate eating area can accommodate 6 guests.

The kitchen is spacious and boasts a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and fridge. There’s a lot of storage space and an additional large pantry. The garage has also been converted into a games room to keep the kids entertained. Here you’ll find a multi-game and foosball table.

The first bedroom is a master bedroom which has a king-sized bed while bedrooms 2 and 3 both have comfortable queen-sized beds. Another two rooms have been provided and come with two single beds each. The bedrooms and bathrooms in this villa have been beautifully decorated and tastefully finished. For extra sleeping spaces, the sofa also pulls out into a bed if necessary.

A private pool, as well as a children's splash pool, along with sun loungers are the highlight of this modern vacation home. Here you’ll be surrounded by green and you’ll be able to relax after a busy day visiting all the exciting places Orlando has to offer. Patio furniture is available and can seat a number of guests foral fresco style dining.

You’ll have fast wireless internet access throughout the home and in the patio area, making it easy for you to stay in contact with those you need to while you’re away on vacation. During the summer months the home is cool thanks to air-conditioning and ceiling fans and in the off-season, central heating is also an option.

Westridge Villas, Orlando is a peaceful development situated just off the Highway 27, right next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The combination of permanent residential properties and holiday homes give Westridge a lovely community feel with safe, well-lit streets nestled in beautiful surroundings of well-maintained gardens, attractive landscaping, gentle rolling hills and small lakes.Guests are welcome to make use of Westridge's communal facilities including its pool with cabanas for shade, children's play area, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts.

The I-4 interstate is also very easily reached for trips further afield and the development is an easy 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.

A popular choice for golf enthusiasts, Westridge is located right next to the revered Highlands Reserve Golf Course, as well as being just minutes away from the Golf Club at ChampionsGate and numerous other golf courses in the neighbouring area.
