WESTRIDGE is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, whilst Sanford and Tampa airports are a 60 minute drive.
The Manors North at Westridge gated community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.
Our community offers free use of its community pool, well equipped small gym, play area for children, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests.

Westridge Villas, Orlando is a peaceful development situated just off the Highway 27, right next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The combination of permanent residential properties and holiday homes give Westridge a lovely community feel with safe, well-lit streets nestled in beautiful surroundings of well-maintained gardens, attractive landscaping, gentle rolling hills and small lakes.Guests are welcome to make use of Westridge's communal facilities including its pool with cabanas for shade, children's play area, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts.
Westridge's desirable location is just a 15 minute drive from the main entrances of Disney and approximately 25 minutes away from other popular attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal. A plentiful choice of shops, restaurants and a supermarket are located nearby on the Highway 27. The I-4 interstate is also very easily reached for trips further afield and the development is an easy 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
A popular choice for golf enthusiasts, Westridge is located right next to the revered Highlands Reserve Golf Course, as well as being just minutes away from the Golf Club at ChampionsGate and numerous other golf courses in the neighbouring area.

Additional Information
For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
