The beautifully designed spacious living room with 2 sofas and armchairs is comfortable and it’s the perfect place to chill out and unwind. There are high vaulted ceilings, helping the home to remain cool and additionally, there are French doors leading out onto the beautiful patio area. There’s also a large flat screen TV and DVD player, and with there being a lot of space, every guest will comfortably fit.
For formal dining there’s a separate dining area that has a beautifully designed dining suite that seats 6 people. Additionally, the room also has a serving hatch, making it even more convenient for you to transfer the food from one room to another. If you’re after a more informal dining setting, you can opt for the sunny kitchen nook, and here you’ll find a small round table in a sunny spot and this can seat 4 guests. The open kitchen connected to the kitchen nook is modern and tiled and has every appliance and kitchen gadget you need to cook the perfect meal for you and your family. The kitchen is a large and convenient space with granite tops, making this an area that more than one person can work at a time. Another convenience of the house, which will make you feel at home, is the laundry room. Unlike some other rentals in the area, you’ll have access to your own washing machine and dryer.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms that have recently been refurbished. In addition to their recent makeovers, they also have brand new mattresses. The master bedroom is a king-size room. You’ll have the luxury of having your own spacious walk-in wardrobe, phone, and en-suite bathroom which has his and her vanities, a large oval bathtub, a separate walk-in shower cubicle, a separate toilet room, and even a mounted hair-dryer – you literally won’t have to bring anything else with you other than your clothes. With a large bay window that allows a lot of light into the room, the second master bedroom with a queen size bed is often the favorite room of all. It boasts matching bedroom furniture that includes a large chest of drawers. The second room also has its own access to a private bathroom with a single vanity while the remaining 2 bedrooms, which are both twin rooms and are ideal for children, share a modern communal bathroom with the works. Every bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen TV, so there will never be any fighting over which channel to watch and additionally, they all have ceiling fans, which will help you to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The west-facing pool is a beautiful area to relax. It can be heated if needed, and it also features an electric blanket cover. There are 2 stunning side wall fountains, both of which add to the exoticness of the place. Other than the pool blanket, other safety precautions have been taken with a pool safety net firmly in place ensuring your children’s safety. You’ll be able to relax poolside on one of the comfortable sun loungers or you can sit under the covered lanai where there’s a ceiling fan and outdoor lighting. The patio dining area allows guests to enjoy barbeques or al fresco dining.
