This 4 star villa at The Shire @ West Haven resort has recently been renovated, meaning that this living space is new, modern and boasts great amenities. It has 4 sunny bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it can easily sleep up to 10 guests at a time.
The kitchen is immaculate with modern appliances such as a large American style fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen has a great amount of space and is a chef’s dream. A small breakfast area that seats 4 can be found here and it’s a nice spot to enjoy a nice relaxing breakfast in the morning.
The living area has a large brown leather sofa with footrests and a large flat screen TV for added comfort and entertainment. The dining room is stunning and has a large table that can seat 8 guests. The high ceilings in this 2 storey villa give an incredibly spacious feel to the rooms and also help maintain a cooler temperature in the hotter summer months.
The master bedroom with its beautifully covered king sized bed is a spacious room with two bedside tables and a flat screen TV It has a large wardrobe space and the extra added luxury of having its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, with its large windows, is of a similar size to the first, but with queen sized beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have 2 single beds. With all the necessary bedroom furniture, the last 2 bedrooms would be ideal for younger members of the home.
Another living area is provided upstairs with a comfortable brown leather sofa and a flat screen TV. The living area also doubles up as a children’s play room and if you need additional sleeping space, you can always use the sofa.
The outside patio is covered and accompanies a beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There’s plenty of space to sit, swim, eat, and enjoy. You’ll also have your own privacy, but at the same time be treated to some stunning views of the green around that surrounds you.

West Haven's location in the popular region of Davenport means you are just 15 minutes away from the exhilerating sights of Disney and near to all the other major attractions in Orlando such as SeaWorld and Universal. With it's close proximity to the Interstate 4 and Highway 27, the rest of Orlando is easily accessible for those wishing to explore further afield. Why not take a drive to the Atlantic coast and visit the awe-inspiring Kennedy Space Center? Or take in the breathtaking sights of the animals at Busch Gardens?
