When it comes to luxury pool homes at The Shire @ West Haven, this beautiful home is a prime piece of property and a much coveted Florida rental home. The large villa with lakeside and golf course views has a total of 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep 10 people.
As soon as you enter the grand home, you’ll walk through an impressive looking hall with a cloakroom for your convenience. This 2-storey pool home has everything you need and more when it comes to luxury and convenience for your vacation. Every guest, young or old, will enjoy their stay here with activities and amenities to suit all. The impressive new kitchen with granite tops is fully-equipped with everything imaginable for whipping up any kind of meal. You have the option of eating an informal meal in the sunny breakfast area at the bay window table that seats 6 or the breakfast bar that seats 2. If you wish to dine more formally, you can do so at the 6 seat leather dining suite. There’s also a high chair available if you have kids.
There are 2 living rooms and the front one is located right next to the formal dining room. There you can relax in style on the armchair, 2 sofas under the attractive lighting features. If you want to relax in an area that has direct access to the stunning pool area, you can relax in the family room, which is where you’ll also be able to enjoy unrestricted views of the beautiful wetlands and beyond. The family room is a favorite spot to watch TV with its 52” flat screen TV and DVD player.
There are 4 rooms in total, 2 of which are twin rooms and are located downstairs. Each room has 2 twin beds, a 19” flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The remaining rooms are upstairs. The master king size bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. Guests will enjoy watching the 40” flat screen TV. You’ll have your own privacy with a spacious en-suite bathroom with granite tops. In addition, you will also have a large walk-in wardrobe that’s fit for royalty. You’ll also be treated to the large enclosed balcony that has 2 comfortable chairs and a ceiling fan. Here you’ll have spectacular views of the woodlands. The other master room has a queen-sized bed. It also has a TV (32”), and although it doesn’t have its own en-suite, it is close to the large family bathroom.
The pool area is simply breathtaking and a lot of care and time has been put into it. Its large pool deck surrounds the electric heatable pool, and you’ll also have the opportunity to relax even more in the outdoor Jacuzzi. The new modern patio furniture includes a 6-seater patio dining suite and 3 sun loungers. When it gets too hot, there’s always the option of relaxing under the covered lanai area, which also has ceiling fans and lights, making evening entertainment possible.
