This villa has just been newly refurbished and now boasts high quality furniture throughout the home. Guests will enjoy the large spacious 40 ft balcony that can be accessed from both the main master bedroom and the guest queen sized bedroom. Your covered balcony offers you a stunning view looking out onto a conservation reserve and the home’s private pool deck.
Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated and boasts a ceiling fan. Additionally, a flat screen TV and DVD player can be found in each bedroom. For those families with younger children, there are cribs and highchairs provided.
The open plan home is convenient and well-thought out. The main living room has a plush L-shaped leather sofa which can comfortably seat 7 people at a time. Here you will also find a large flat screened TV with all the HD channels and NetFlix. The large wooden decorated kitchen is convenient and is fully-equipped. There are 3 stools at the breakfast bar and an additional smaller round table to the right that allows guests to grab a quick snack or breakfast. The formal wooden dining suite connected to the second living room can seat 8 people.
Guests will be able to enjoy their geometric shaped pool with an adjoining Jacuzzi. There is a large patio area, which is partially covered. There are two patio sets that allow for alfresco dining and a couple of lounge chairs if you feel like lying closer to the pool.
