Located at the end of the quiet cul-de-sac, you’ll have the necessary peace and quiet, but at the sametime you’ll be close enough to all the excitement the community has to offer. Guests love this home inparticular for its positioning and the fact that it has its own corner plot, which creates a lot of space for kids to run around safely in.

The king-size master bedroom is plush with its own ceiling fan to maintain the cool air during the hotsummer months. It’s beautifully furnished and includes its own en-suite bathroom that has his and her vanities, a large bathtub, and a separate walk in shower. You’ll also be privy to your own 21” inch TV, which is 1 of 5 in the house. For extra entertainment, you’ll also have a DVD player, allowing you to get away from it all if need be. The second largest room in the home is a queen size room that has also been beautifully furnished. Again, it has its own flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The 2 remaining bedrooms are twin bedrooms that have carefully been furnished. These share a communal bathroom, which is easily accessible. All bedroom windows have been specially treated, preventing any mildew or mold buildup in the home. Additionally, there’s also an extra shower room, which has direct access to the deck and pool area, making it easy to grab a quick shower after a day of swimming and sun.

The open kitchen is beautifully tiled and light due to all the natural light from the nearby windows. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for you and your family while on vacation. To theleft of the kitchen next to the big bay windows there’s a small breakfast nook that has a round table that seats 4. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee over a newspaper in the morning sun. There’s also a curved breakfast bar area that offers more seating with 4 wooden barstools. Directly infront of the kitchen the formal dining area is conveniently located. Made out of a dark varnished wood, the beautiful dining suite can comfortably sit 6 guests. The modern living room has a sliding door that opens directly onto the patio area. With 2 large sofas, a number of lampshades, and carefully picked wooden furniture, this is the perfect place to relax, especially in front of the large 50” flat screen TV. You’ll also have a number of great DVDs at your disposal and if you or the other guests like PlayStation, there’s a game console with a number of games to choose. The home also has wireless internet throughout the house. One of the garages has also been converted into a small games area where you’ll be able to challenge your friends and family to a game of friendly pool.

The highlight of the home is the beautiful pool area. There’s an open deck and a covered lanai with outdoor furniture, making this the perfect spot for a bit of alfresco dining. The pool is large in comparison to the home’s size, and attached is a private Jacuzzi where you can relax. As well as outdoor seating, there are also a number of comfortable sun loungers for you to lie on.
