In total, this Orlando rental home can sleep 8 people at a time. Perfect for larger groups traveling together or a family getaway, kids and parents alike will love the vast lush lawns. The home is situated at the very end of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, so you won’t be affected by noise or traffic, but at the same time you’ll be able to reap the benefits of all the facilities the community has on offer.

This luxurious vacation home has 5 fully furnished bedrooms that are all comfortable and modern. Thereare 2 master bedrooms in total, both of which boast large en-suite bathrooms with a separate bath and shower. The first master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms also have a spacious walk-in wardrobe, adding a little more luxury to your stay. The second master bedroom has the added luxury of a pair of new French doors that grandly open up onto the upper balcony where you’ll be able relax and admire the views and even enjoy a night cap at the small patio table. There’s also another room with a queen-size bed, which is considered to be the guest room, and although this does not have its own en-suite bathroom, it does have a communal bathroom directly next to it. The additional 2 bedrooms are both twin-size rooms, which would be ideal for any younger guests staying at the home. All of the rooms have their own ceiling fans with varying speeds, so you’ll be able to remain comfortable in the summertime.

Upstairs, you’ll also find a fully-equipped utility room where there’s a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The entire house is tiled with a lot of greenery, giving the home a distinct Spanish villa feel. There are 2 living rooms, 1 formal one which has decorative drapes and vintage inspired furnishings and antique lampshades and the second one is more comfortable and informal. It boasts 2 large sofas and an armchair that sit in front of the home entertainment system and large flat screen TV. You’ll feel regal eating at the formal dining room table with the mirrored wall and hanging chandelier. Here, there’s a large wooden dining room table that can seat 6 people. The kitchen has a country cottage inspired theme. It’s fully-equipped with all the latest gadgets, and there’s plenty of bench space to prepare the meals, which also includes a kitchen island. An informal dining area can also be found in the centre of the kitchen and this will seat 4 guests.

If you’re looking for a bit more entertainment, there’s also the home’s games room which has a full-size pool table with overhanging professional pool lights, a foosball table, and a darts board. Here you’ll also find a bar high top table with a couple of barstools.

The pool area is bliss and as it’s partially covered and screened, so you’ll also be able to maintain your own privacy. The geometric shaped pool is large enough to swim in and it also has a connecting Jacuzzi. Relax on the cushioned sun loungers or alternatively, you can relax under the covered lanai where there’s a barbeque area and a patio lounge set.
