This large 2-storey home is located in the quiet and prestigious area of the Hamlet @ West Haven. With a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full-size bathrooms, this home can easily sleep 10 guests, making it the perfect home for families, groups of people vacationing together or a small company on a business retreat. As soon as you pull up to the grand home you’ll be impressed with the sheer size of the home and the well-manicured lush gardens that make the entire home appear even more exotic.
One of the beautiful things about this home in particular is the number of large treated windows, meaning that this home is light and airy. The kitchen area is open and it’s decorated with modern kitchen appliances and stained wood paneling. The new granite tops make the area particularly easy to clean. The small wooden table positioned to the right of the kitchen next to the large window is the perfect spot for your morning coffee and newspaper. The separate dining room with light colored walls is subtly decorated with a vintage inspired wall painting and a few pot plants. The comfortable dining suite can easily seat 6 guests, and the glass table top means that this area is also easily cleaned.
Walk through the arch doorway and you’ll reach the comfortable and open living room where there’s a brown lounge suite consisting of 2 sofas and an armchair in front of the marble coffee table. Flowers and plants decorate the room, which create a more exotic feel to the home. In front of the sofas there’s a tall wooden entertainment cabinet where there’s a TV and a DVD player for your entertainment.
There are 2 spacious master bedrooms, both of which have a lot of natural light. They have queen-size beds, and the rooms have matching bedroom furniture in wood. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds, with one room in particular being better suited for young kids with the animal paintings on the headboards. Each room has a large spacious closet and ceiling fan, and in addition to this, the 2 master rooms have their own TV.
The highlight of this home is the beautifully paved patio area that boasts a private lagoon shaped pool. Swim in the privacy of your backyard and admire the beautiful green conservation areas at the same time. If you wish to stay out of the sun, you’ll have the choice of remaining under the covered lanai area, or if you want to catch some rays, you’ll be able to use 1 of the 2 padded sun loungers.
The home has a fast internet connection, allowing you to access it from any room of the house and additionally, you’ll be able to make local telephone calls from the home’s phone.
