The remaining bedrooms include another queen-sized room and 2 spacious twin-sized rooms. Every bedroom has its own ceiling fan ensuring guests remain comfortable in the Florida heat.
This delightful villa boasts 2 open living rooms and a family room, so there’s plenty of room for guests to relax and wind down. The house has a total of 6 flat-screen TVs, a surround sound system, Wi-Fi, a computer and Xbox360 with one controller for entertainment purposes. A converted garage also boasts a small games room with a full-sized pool table, an air hockey table, and a foosball table. This home is suitable for guests with babies or small children as there’s also a crib and a high chair provided.
The kitchen is of a generous size and it’s well-equipped with the latest kitchen gadgets. There are two dining areas, one formal and one informal smaller area where guests can grab a quick bite or eat breakfast. The ornate wooden dining suite in the formal dining area can seat 8 guests.
Additional outdoor dining under the covered lanai can seat 6 guests while other guests can relax on the patio couch set or lounge by the pool on the provided sun loungers. Enjoy a barbeque in the evening or take a break from the sun under the covered lanai. The impressive geometric shaped pool is inviting as is the connected Jacuzzi. There are also additional safety nets in place to protect younger children from entering the pool area.
