This lovely 2-storey home located in the Sand Hill Point community features a main living room, dining room, plus a kitchen with dining area, 5 bedrooms (2 kings with master bathroom facilities), 1 Queen and 2 addition Twin Bedrooms. All Bedrooms have TV’s, with flat screens in the living room and master bedrooms. In addition the larger Twin has a two sofas creating an ‘upstairs’ living space. The extensive pool deck is private, with an electrically heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi , all enclosed in a screened patio area. This home will sleep 10 people comfortably, over two floors.
The furnishings are tastefully coordinated and the kitchen is complete with Microwave, Fridge-freezer, Range Oven & Dishwasher. This home has cutlery and crockery for dining in and has a sellection of pans for the chef in the group!

Champions Gate and Reunion are 10mins drive away for Golf, or you can drive on the the 17-92 and practice your swing on the renown Providence course.
