Property Description

If you’re looking for a convenient smaller vacation rental while in Florida, look no further! This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps six, and is in the well-known gated community of Island Club. It’s perfect for small families wanting to visit the local theme parks, couples, or friends.
As you enter the condo, you’ll immediately step foot into the dining area. Here there’s a wooden table and 6 chairs where you can sit down and have a meal with everyone else at the end of a long day. To the left of the dining area, there’s the living room. It receives plenty of sunlight from the large bay windows. It has 2 large sofas, a comfy arm chair, and a large TV. This is a great place to lounge around and watch some TV. To the right of the dining area is the small, yet efficient galley kitchen. It comes full equipped, has modern appliances, and also has a breakfast bar.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. For those mid-stay laundry needs, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.
