For sleeping arrangements this villa accommodates 10 people with two master suites each with en-suites, a queen room and two Disney theme twin rooms. The downstairs master suite features its own small courtyard through sliding patio doors perfect for breakfast in the early morning sun. Upstairs you will find the second master ensuite, the queen room and two twin rooms as well as the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Also available a pack and play, high chair and stoller for families traveling with small children. The pool and spa are enclosed. The garage offers a small pool table for guests to enjoy.

The clubhouse at Tuscan Hills offers a fitness center, game room, tennis court, volleyball court and kids play ground.
