This is the perfect family home and with a well-equipped games room, swimming pool, and lakeside views, younger members of the family will adore this place.
The single storey home is new and the interior has been tastefully designed. The open kitchen is well-equipped and modern, perfect for cooking anything you desire. If you prefer to do a little bit of informal eating or grab a quick bite to eat, the small breakfast bar with 2 wooden stools is perfect. Just off the kitchen in a sunny tiled area of the home is another informal eating area with 4 chairs, where you can relax in the morning with a newspaper and coffee and enjoy the morning sun. A beautiful 6 chair wooden dining room suite is available to eat at for more formal dining.
The home, although only one storey, has 2 large living rooms, both of which boast new and modern furniture. With large soft couches, coffee tables, and flat screen TVs with DVD players, you can relax perfectly here.
In total, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are queen sized bedrooms that are minimally decorated. The beds are new and comfortable, and each room is aptly furnished with bedside tables and large wardrobes. Additionally, the 2 larger rooms have brand new flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. The remaining 2 rooms are both twin rooms, one of which has 2 twin beds and the other that has modern bunk beds that has a single on top and a double on the bottom.
The converted garage games room is a real hit among all guests, and you’ll have the chance to play pool, table tennis or even a game of electronic darts. The well-kept pool area is ideal for a day in the sun. With an adjoining Jacuzzi, you can choose how to spend your time there. There are 3 cushioned sun loungers located next to the Jacuzzi for sunbathing or you can choose to sit under the large umbrella at the 4-seater patio furniture. You’ll be able to have stunning views throughout the day as the pond and woodland area are very visible.
