Robert's Southern Dunes Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is about 1700 square feet. It's perfect for a small family or even a group of friends, looking to enjoy some time away. Located in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club Resort, it's away from all of the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee, but still just a short drive to all of the theme parks.

The living room has two large, comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV & DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently updated with brand new, stainless steel appliances and beatiful granite countertops. The home also has a full size washer and dryer, available to use for your convenience.

The master bedroom is spacious and includes a king size bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom. It also has a nice view of the lake. The second bedroom is set up as a junior master, with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The third bathroom is shared between the third and fourth bedroom.

The garage has been converted into a games room, for added entertainment. It has a large flat screen TV, video game console with games, foosball table and a shuffleboard table. You and your family are sure to have a hours of fun.

This property will come with toiliteries (toilet paper, dish washer tablet, etc) to get you through the first day or so however beyond that this property is self catering.

The best part of the house would definitely have to be the pool and pool deck. It has a screen enclosure to help keep the bugs out but still let the Florida sunshine in. The pool faces to the west and backs up to Lake Joe, which makes for a breathtaking view of the Florida sunset. Pool Heat is available during the fall and winter months, for an additional fee.
