"Be Our Guest" in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath townhome newly built in 2018. Professionally decorated by one of Orlando's best interior decorators with all the comforts of home and more. The spacious home includes a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops to cook your home-made meals. Enjoy family meals together, dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar; we also include a high chair for your little one to dine! All cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.Don't want to cook? Enjoy your meals steps away at the fabulous Solstice Bar & Grille inside the resort clubhouse or the many area local restaurants. Solara Resort is the newest resort in the Kissimmee area and features a 24-hour manned security gate with easy access to all Orlando attractions, local beaches, shopping, and golf courses.
Description:
After a long day at the parks, golfing, or shopping, lounge around in the open floor plan gathering room featuring 2 sofas and a large 50-inch flat screen TV with blu-ray DVD player. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy your very own private Splash Pool with privacy screened enclosure. Pool heat is available for a fee and is recommended from November through March, please add pool heat to your reservation. A 1/2 bath is located in the patio area.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
