This luxurious villa is perfectly located at the exclusive gated community of Solana Resort, Davenport, on Hwy 27, just off Highway 192 and close to Intersate 4. Just 15 minutes from Orlando’s famous attractions, Villa Latina is just far enough away to feel like your own Tuscan hideaway.
All the excitement of Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando and Busch Gardens are a short drive away – not to mention the great golf, shopping, dining and nightlife of the world’s most magical city. Don’t miss Orlando’s exceptional name brand outlets or the fabulous Mall at Millenia with the most exclusive stores and restaurants in Central Florida. Outside the gated entrance, within a five minute drive, you can find large, quality supermarkets, restaurants, bars, fast food outlets, 24hr pharmacy and fuel station for your convenience. You can even be at Florida’s spectacular beaches in less than an hour for fun in the sun, a deep-sea fishing excursion or to visit The Kennedy Space centre. Everything you want to do on your Florida vacation is easily accessible.
The Orlando International Airport is just 35 minutes away. This area boasts to be the ideal base from which to explore both Central Florida and the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts.

The villa is very spacious and perfectly complimented with a modern Tuscan theme throughout. It has been professionally decorated and furnished to the highest specification resulting in a beautiful spacious four bedroom, three bathroom home. Flat screen TV's in the king and queen master bedrooms, as well as 42" flat screen TV in the Family Room. The accommodation offers four fully furnished bedrooms to comfortably sleep 8 guests. One of the sofas easily converts to a queen bed and can provide additional accommodation for a further 2 guests. There is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans have been fitted in the main living area and the king master bedroom to provide additional comfort and cool air.

The large family room has been beautifully furnished and is laid with high quality floor tiling throughout. It includes comfortable leather sofa’s and chairs in the lounge area with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck. The dining and kitchen area provides ample seating for all guests.
There is a superb 42" flat screen TV with Multi-channel cable TV for relaxation and enjoyment. Wi-Fi Internet Access is available, as well as US and Canadian long distance telephone calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with full size Stove, Refridgerator/Freezer with Icemaker, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven and Waste Disposal Unit. A Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, plus pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine and Dryer.
An Iron and Ironing Board are also provided for your convenience.

First Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king size bed, two nightstands, full size dresser and walk in closet. Patio doors lead onto the poolside lanai. There is cable TV and a ceiling fan has been fitted for your additional comfort. The luxurious bathroom includes a walk in shower area, a sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. For your convenience there is a door leading out to the pool area. A full size hairdryer is provided.
Second Master Bedroom
The Second bedroom is beautifully furnished with a queen size bed, two nightstands, full chest of drawers, large built in closet and flat screen TV. An en-suite bathroom provides a bath, shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. A full size hairdryer is provided.
Third Double Bedroom
The third bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, night table and a large built in closet. It has been tastefully accessorised. It is situated adjacent to the Master Bedroom.

Fourth Double Bedroom
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, night table and a large built in closet. This room has been beautifully decorated making it suitable for both male and female guests.

Both twin bedrooms share a family sized bathroom having bath, shower, sink with vanity unit, illuminated mirror, toilet and large storage cupboard.

Carpet is fitted in all bedroom areas as well as mattress protectors. Each closet has plenty of hanging space.
All linens and towels provided for your convenience.
Step outside the patio doors from the family room or King Master Bedroom to discover a fantastic swimming pool and spa tub, with ample sun chairs and loungers set in a beautiful sun deck, to compliment your dream vacation.
This beautiful private area is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a few lazy hours. An outside table and chairs enables comfortable outside dining and the covered lanai allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out.
Heating of the pool is optional.

There is a safety fence fitted around the pool to prevent small children from running or falling into the water.
Villa Latina is a non-smoking and pet free home.

Solana Resort, Orlando is a gated community situated in the popular Davenport area. Its perfect location off the bustling Highway 27 places you close to an excellent choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The delights of Disney are just 15 minutes away, whilst other major theme parks and attractions in Orlando such as SeaWorld and Universal are easily reached within a half hour drive. The nearby Highway 192 and Interstate 4 give you easy access to explore the rest of Florida, including the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast or the awe-inspiring Kennedy Space Center just over an hour away.

Solana Resort boasts fantastic facilities. Perhaps its best feature is the large clubhouse overlooking the expansive, communal swimming pool, which is surrounded by a generously furnished sun-deck and overlooked by palms trees. Cabanas are available offering you that bit of extra shade, or you can cool off with a drink available from the poolside bar whilst relaxing in the hot tub. Next to the pool is a picnic and barbecue area, meaning you needn't stray too far from your sunbathing for vital refreshment and replenishment.

If you are feeling more active, Solana Resort has its own fitness centre with the latest gym equipment, sand volleyball courts and a recreation field if you fancy a spot of football (or soccer!). Arcade games and a children's playground are also available, complete with climbing ribbon for the older children. One of the key attractions of Solana Resort though is the 18-hole mini golf course, which provides the ideal opportunity to get some practice in should you wish to take advantage of one of the numerous championship golf courses situated in the neighbouring areas. Computers and free Wifi are available in the clubhouse, and an onsite shop is there for your convenience keeping you well stocked of important sundries and souvenirs. Additional Information

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
