This townhome is very spacious and has air conditioning throughout.
The open living room contains a luxurious sofa which also is a sleeper, a comfortable chair, and an entertainment centre. This includes a large LCD flat screen television with cable TV, DVD and Playstation 3.

The large, modern kitchen comes complete with a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery. The only thing you need to provide is the food!
There is seating for four at the large breakfast counter and a dining table for 6.

The town home contains four large bedrooms with radio alarm clock and a built-in closet and drawers.
All bedrooms has a LCD flat screen television with cable TV. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.
The two Master Suites has a fantastic King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a bath/shower unit, dual basins, large vanity mirror and a separate WC.

The pool area is very private and the water can be heated (recommended from November – March).
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
Other features of the pool deck includes underwater lighting which really adds to the character of the area especially at night time, and a pool safety fence and door alarm for peace of mind should young children be staying at the town home.
There is a large window which overlooks the pool deck and gardens beyond, which along with the patio doors in the dining area lets in lots of natural light, giving the whole area a very comfortable feel.

Should you wish to do any laundry, the home has a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

The telephone offers free local calls.
If you bring your laptop with you there is also FREE WIFI.

Paradise Palms, Orlando is a beautiful gated resort just 10 minutes drive from the gates of Disney. Located in the Kissimmee area close to the Highway 192, Paradise Palms resort is a carefully planned haven boasting exceptional facilities. The spectacular 9500 sq ft club house at Paradise Palms includes a reception/concierge desk, a large games room, gymnasium, internet cafe and a 49 seat movie theatre.
