A removable pool screen is provided for the safety of small children.
As you enter you are greeted by a large lobby with a quiet, comfortable seating area leading through to the spacious dining area. The kitchen forms the centre of the home and its open plan layout makes it a perfect hub for family living. A separate informal dining nook leads from the kitchen to the homely lounge.
There is a separate utility room with a large washer and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom, with its own huge en-suite bathroom, opens out directly onto the pool. There are 3 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others both with 2 singles. All bedrooms have cable TV.

The house is ideal for those in a wheelchair or with limited mobility as there is only a small 3” step upon entering, after which it is level.
There is a table tennis table and fussball table in the garage and for the more energetic, there is a community basketball court, tennis courts and football pitch within a couple of minutes walk.
For the safety and comfort of smaller children there is a playpen, a travel cot, a single buggy and 2 car booster seats for older children.
The property is close to a Publix supermarket, a Walmart and a Super Target for shopping. There are also a large number of good restaurants nearby.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
