This Lindfields villa is perfectly suited for a family of 6 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa boasts a sub-tropical setting with indoor plants adding to the exotic atmosphere. Kids and parents alike will love this place. The kids will be able to run freely, and you’ll rest easy knowing your kids are safe in this gated community which is notably safe and secure.
The living area has two plush sofas as well as a TV and radio for the guests’ entertainment. This room has a tranquil feel as indigenous plants and flowers have been placed around it, creating a welcoming and exotic atmosphere. This is a truly relaxing place to unwind. This living room has a sliding door that leads to the covered patio and private pool, where you’ll likely spend hours on end throughout your stay.
The covered patio has outdoor furniture that includes a round table with 6 chairs and 2 loungers. This is a great spot to cool off after a long day. The glistening pool is a beautiful spot to take a dip or if you feel like it do some exercise. Surrounded by green and conservation areas, you’ll be able to admire the views at the same time.
The villa provides two dining areas. The main dining area as a 6 seated wooden table while the smaller dining area has a round table that can seat up to 4 guests. The smaller dining area is situated in the kitchen where it’s sunny and the ideal place to grab a bite on-the-go.
The kitchen has a large window that attracts the warm sun during the day. It is a great space and comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The modern granite counters are a plenty and very easy to clean.
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom that includes a beautiful vanity, a toilet, shower, and a deep bath where you can relax after a busy day. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom that has everything from vanity, to toilet, to shower, and to a bath. Bedroom 2 has a double bed while bedrooms 3 had 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a lot of closet space and come with all the necessary linen, bedding, and towels.

Lindfields Estate Villas, Orlando is a calm and tranquil community located off the Highway 192 in the Kissimmee region. This spacious development houses a mixture of rental villas and residential properties, giving it a warm, neighbourly feel.
