Property Description

This charming 4 -bedroom private villa is in the Lindfileds community, just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. With just over 2200 square feet, this 2-story home is perfect for a large family or multi-family vacation. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8 people.
As you walk into the home, there is a formal living room and dining room. The formal living room has a comfortable leather sectional sofa with a connected chaise lounge. This is a great place to sit down with others and have a quiet conversation. Just off this room is the formal dining area with a dining table that’ll seat up to 6 people. Just beyond the dining room, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen that has granite countertops, modern appliances, and a breakfast nook. The breakfast nook will seat up to 4 people. The second living room, the family room, is next to the kitchen. It has a large, red, L-shaped sectional, with a large TV, and a patio door that lets in plenty of natural light and leads to the private pool.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom, and it’s located on the first floor. It has a king-size bed, views of the pool, and a good-size en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, tub, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, are the remaining bedrooms. The second bedroom is large, bright, and has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids because it’s Mickey Mouse themed and has two single beds. Bedroom four also has two single beds and is teddy bear themed.
Looking for stuff to do for those days you spend in? You have two options: the private pool and the games room. The games room is in the converted garage and has a pool table, foosball table, and darts board. The kids (and adults) are sure to spend hours in here playing! If you’d rather be outside, why not give the large private pool a try? The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky bugs out, and it backs on to greenery. If you want to be outside but not in the pool, you can work on your tan on one of the sun loungers or have a drink and sit down under the umbrella.
