This single-story vacation villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 people (utilizing the sofa-sleeper). It’s located in Lindfields and features spacious and light living areas. There are two living areas: a formal living area and an informal living area. The formal living area is right by the front door, away from the TV in the formal living area. This is the perfect place to have a quiet conversation. The informal living area has plenty of seating (3 sofas) and 39” flat screen TV, stereo, and DVD player. The kitchen is large and spacious. It is fully equipped, has stainless steel appliances, and has a breakfast bar with seating for two. There is also breakfast nook with seating for four and a large formal dining area with seating for up to 6.
There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and views of the pool deck area. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 also has a queen-size bed, and bedroom 4 is Disney-themed and has 2 single beds.
Need to do a spot of laundry? No problem! This villa comes with a fully-equipped laundry room. This home also has a private, screened-in pool (optional heat available). The pool deck has patio furniture, including table, 4 chairs, large sun umbrella and 4 loungers. The deck is south facing and is situated in a fully fenced, enclosed yard. Did someone say games room? The converted garage has a pool table, dart board, foosball table, and basketball game.
